Applying for grants is often difficult — not because the work isn't worthy, but because the process rewards those who already know how to play the game. Grant Assist is how the Electron Network levels that.
What it involves
We bring you and your collaborators together to get clear — on the grant opportunity, your project's fit, and the story you need to tell. Then we work alongside you to sharpen the application.
Using AI tools to strategise and draft We use AI tools to help you think through the opportunity, identify gaps in your case, strengthen your logic, and draft sections of the application. You know the work; we help you articulate it.
Finding collaborators for a stronger application Many grants favour multi-organisation or cross-sector applications. We can help identify collaborators within the Electron Network — or beyond — who complement your project and strengthen the case.
Identifying auspice and match funding Not every applicant is eligible to apply directly. We can help you find an auspice organisation within the network if needed. We can also help identify match funding or in-kind support opportunities that make your application more competitive.
Who this is for
Community groups, non-profits, open source projects, and ecosystem initiatives that are doing meaningful work and need help navigating the grant landscape — particularly those with limited capacity for the administrative and strategic side of applications.
How to get started
Reach out via the Connect page with a brief description of the grant you're looking at and your project. We'll take it from there.
